What is the daily practice?
Two moments a day. In the morning you read a passage, set an intention, and sort what's in your control. At night you look back with Seneca's three questions: what did I do badly, what did I do well, what could I do better?

Where are my reflections stored?
Only on your device. Nothing you write is sent to us or to any server.
Why do the readings look a little old-fashioned?
Every passage comes from a public-domain translation of the original Stoic texts, quoted faithfully.
